Biologist-Nutritionist, Master’s Degree in Health Biology, Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Health Education, at Alma Mater Studiorum-University of Bologna.
Prof. Enzo Spisni collaborates closely, runs Seminars in the Nutrition Physiology Course, in the Master of Science course in Biology of Health, University of Bologna.
He collaborates with the Chronic Intestinal Inflammatory Diseases Unit of the Policlinico S. Orsola-Malpighi of Bologna, directed by prof. M. Campieri, and is responsible for the food monitoring of patients diagnosed with Crohn’s disease or Rettocolite Ulcerosa in an ongoing clinical trial.

A medical surgeon, specialized in Sports medicine.
For over 25 years, he has been a specialist in Infectious Diseases, having worked in various specialized facilities like the “Corcovado” Polyclinic of Bologna, the “Cavour” Polyclinic of Sasso Marconi and the “Centro Fisiolaserterapico Emiliano di Ozzano”.
After achieving a Master’s degree in “Biological Regulation and Complementary Medicine”, he immediately started dealing with nutrition and lifestyle, investigating its preventive and therapeutic potential.
Since 2013, along with the abovementioned two doctors, he has been a member of the Keyum method scientific commission.
