Dr. Giovanni Posabella
Medical surgeon, specialized in Sports medicine and Homotoxicology.
After graduating in Medicine and Surgery in 1991, he immediately started dealing with nutrition, metabolism, anthropometry and metabolic functional evaluation of athletes and overweight patients.
A doctor of the Italian Cycling Federation for over 15 years, he was also an official Mountain Bike physician at the Olympics in Sydney in 2000 and Athens in 2004, where he dealt with athletes’ nutritional plans.
Co-founder of the Physicians and Fitness Association, he has been collaborating with Keyum for a few years, also holding some training courses for all professionals who are interested in this method.
Dr. Enzo Spisni
A biologist and a researcher in the field of Nutrition Physiology at the Department of Biological, Geological and Environmental Sciences of the University of Bologna.
A biomedical researcher for 17 years, he teaches Nutrition Physiology in the specialization course in Health Biology at the University of Bologna.
Scientific manager and lecturer of the 2nd level Master’s degree “Nutrition and Health Education” at the same university, he has published over 60 articles as first author or co-author in important international journals and several chapters in scientific monographs.
Since 2013 he has been a member of the Keyum® scientific commission and a consultant for designing balanced nutritional plans.
Dr. Claudio Giuseppe Gallo
A medical surgeon, specialized in Sports medicine.
For over 25 years, he has been a specialist in Infectious Diseases, having worked in various specialized facilities like the “Corcovado” Polyclinic of Bologna, the “Cavour” Polyclinic of Sasso Marconi and the “Centro Fisiolaserterapico Emiliano di Ozzano”.
After achieving a Master’s degree in “Biological Regulation and Complementary Medicine”, he immediately started dealing with nutrition and lifestyle, investigating its preventive and therapeutic potential.
Since 2013, along with the abovementioned two doctors, he has been a member of the Keyum method scientific commission.
